![]() ![]() Bye, Shake and never come back to my life of eyesight. Because if they did, they wouldn’t be having the petty arguments that keep popping up. But the more that I see of them, the more I’ve come to realize that they don’t even really like each other that much or even make sense. ![]() Following that are Iyanna and Jarrette because of Iyanna alone. There is something about them that just clicks and after everything that we saw with the families, I think they’re a match. Definitely at the top is Mallory and Salvador. Now I’m certain of the order of it all and who are my favorites. Lyra: I think that episodes 6-9 really clarified some things for me when it comes to Love is Blind season 2. Not because you cannot develop feelings for someone very quickly and without seeing them, but because long-lasting love is about more than those feelings, it’s about making a choice, and these people just don’t know each other well enough to understand the choices they’re making, so that’s a recipe for disaster. If anything, these episodes just reaffirmed my initial ideas about the couples - or perhaps not my initial ideas, everyone looked much better in the pods than they looked in Cancun.īut I think these episodes also sorta made me, in a way season 1 didn’t because Lauren and Cameron were out there making it look easy, realize how insane this whole thing is. Lizzie: I mean, not really? I still like Sal and Mallory more than everyone else, I still think Shayne and Natalie are better than expected, I still think Daniele and Nick are so bad at communicating and have so much baggage I’m not sure how they can make the relationship work long-term, and I still feel Iyanna deserves better than Jarette. ‘Love is Blind’ Season 2: Episode 6-9 Breakdown Rank your couples again, has your ranking changed? She deserves the truth, at the very least. And you need to set her free and stop dragging her down with you because you can’t admit the truth. You don’t feel that way for the lovely beauty that is Deepti. But his continued, “I’m not attracted to Deepti” was such a buzzkill, especially paired with his continued attempts to continue on with the marriage while letting her believe there was a chance. ![]() I was hoping to see continued growth with him where he would prove that love is truly blind. To think that someone believes the world revolves around them like that that they would sabotage other relationships for their selfish needs is…well, selfish.Īnd then there’s Shake. What did Shaina think she was going to achieve with her conversation with Shayne? It was manipulative and textbook gaslighting to the point where I had to take a break because of this woman’s audacity. Because Shaina makes Jessica look like an angel in comparison. Just everything about her makes me wish that we had Jessica back from season 1. Like, I expected him to spiral because of it, I expected him to let her words affect him, and he didn’t. Why are you there trying to, what? Make him change his mind? Ruin his relationship for shits and giggles? Make Natalie feel bad? Either way, it’s a bad look.Īs for surprising me for the better, I’d say Shayne’s reaction to Shaina was …much better than I expected. Plus, plus ….that thing with Natalie, and Shayne later? Like what in the world? You told the man how you felt, he still chose Natalie, that’s it. And to pretend the reason you were saying no was religion, when it was really that you were still into Shayne? Shame, shame, shame. Why make him go through all of this? He isn’t my favorite, but no one deserves to be treated like he was. Plus, the way you treated Kyle? You should have said no right away. You’re no Jessica, only because at least you dropped Kyle right away, so we didn’t have to put up with you creating drama at every second. ![]() I had no expectations for you and you still manage to be worse than anything I could have thought.
